Meet the Champions League favourites before 'THE ULTIMATE DRAW'

From sixteen teams scaled down to eight after last night's games, the surviving teams cannot wait to see who they meet next. With 3 English teams,2 Spanish giants and 1 team each from Italy,Germany and Ukraine, Barcelona remain firm favourites to lift up their fourth Champions League trophy at the same venue where they won the 1992 edition.
The Blaugrana have been in the form of their life since the arrival of their former player and coach Pep Guardiola. The Spanish Champions shrugged off a challenge from Arsenal to qualify to the quarter finals of the competition.
Their rivals Real Madrid broke their jinx of not qualifying to the quarter finals for six consecutive years as they outplayed and whitewashed an uninspired Olympique Lyonnais team by three unanswered goals. They are also tipped to win the title as their coach Jose Mourinho looks on to become the first coach to win the competition with three different teams after winning with FC Porto and Inter Milan.
Chelsea has also been tipped to win the title alongside Manchester United who have already won the competition three times.Tottenham have been given just a little chance considering the fact that this is their debut season in the Champions League.
Defending champions Inter Milan also have a huge chance of retaining the UEFA Champions League for the first time. Leonardo's men prevented Bayern Munich from avenging their to to Inter in last season's Champions League final and with the likes of star players like Samuel Eto'o and Wesley Sneijder, they are on course.
Both Schalke 04 and Shaktar Donetsk have a slim chance of winning but who knows , football always pulls surprises.
